3 Training Sessions

Schedule 3 sessions in advance. This will be ideal for the beginner.
Session one will get you a free fitness consultation and assestment followed by a basic introduction to the foundational Kettlebell exercises. The Swing and The Turkish Get Up. Each session will build on the last as you see yourself improve.
Whether your goal is strength, muscle, weight loss or d.)all of the above we'll do everything we can to get you there in a positive and supporting enviornment with a little tuff love thrown in there for good measure.
Session 2 will fine tune things and get in a solid workout.
Session 3 will continue to work on technique and form while getting in your workout.
