When you decide to buy and schedule 10 sessions in advance, you set yourself up for the best opportunity to see real dynamic chage and growth. Session one will consist of a free exaluation and consultation followed by and introductory lesson and workout. Session two will continue where we left off working on and learning the basic Kettlebell drills, the Swing and the Turkish Get Up. You will practice, drill and train your way to fitness. By session 3 you'll start to get dialed into the Swing of things and start Getting Up into new levels of strength and conditioning as we track your progress.
