I will work with you one on one to help you improve your form and achieve your desired results. In the first session we will evaluate your current level, look at your goals, set up a plan and get in a workout. This session is your session. I am here to help you. If you're just getting started with Kettlebells, we'll get you comfortable and familiar with the two main drills. The Swing and the Turkish Get Up. Both exercises are dynamic and will help you quickly and effectively build strength and burn fat. If you've been training for a 3-6 months and need a tune up, I will be happy to see what corrections I can do to help you imporve your technique and get you on a solid track that meets with your goals.
